How do I know I'm getting a good deal?

Our pricing is very competitive with companies offering similar services. It can be very difficult to compare because many website design companies do not post pricing information on their websites. But our knowledge, combined with the experiences of our customers, indicates that it is not uncommon for website design costs to run in the neighborhood of several thousand dollars (or more). Our Total Website packages are significantly less expensive, in part due to our experience and resulting efficiencies we have built into our design process.

What if I want a package or service that is not listed on your site?

No problem! We are happy to tailor a package to meet your needs. Just let us know what you're thinking, and we'll work with you to design the most economical solution possible. Through reseller arrangements, we also have access to just about any web service you can think of.

How long will it take before my site is ready?

As we are a small company, it will largely depend on how many other projects we are working on at the time. We do pledge to give you an honest estimate of the completion date for your site, and to work diligently to meet that schedule.

What happens if I am not satisfied?

We are dedicated to satisfying each and every customer. We will work hard to achieve this goal, and will make an unlimited number of design and text changes within the first 30 days of your site going operational. If at the end of that time you are still not happy with your site, we will issue you a complete and total refund.
